Hot Tea: A great way to incorporate herbs and spices.

Hot Tea is a perfect way to acquire herbs and spices into your diet that you may not otherwise incorporate. Try keeping a variety of herbal teas in your desk at work or stocked in your kitchen. They are loaded with so many wonderful, natural elements to promote optimal health. This tea shown is lemon ginger and it is full of ginger root, lemongrass, safflower and hibiscus. It is wonderfully warming in the cooler months and the ginger gives a spicy kick to my day.
