Is “rush hour” dinner hour?

Sometimes waiting for the dinner hour to arrive before starting dinner will leave you desperate and turning to less than healthy foods. If you have a few extra minutes in the morning or even the night before, make that the opportunity to do some simple dinner prepping so rush hour isn’t so rushed. I had five minutes this morning, so I pulled some frozen cod out of the freezer and drizzled with olive oil, garlic, fresh lemon slices and plain parsley.I am going to slice up some radishes and bok choy and carry the same flavor with lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic and fresh parsley then gently stir-fry for several minutes until warm.It really is that simple. Make your grocery trip work for you by stocking up on fresh herbs, lean proteins that you can freeze, fresh and frozen fruits and veggies and stocked complex carbohydrates. Dinner is prepped and ready to go for later! Invest that time into your health!
