A little motivation……

DAILY TIP: Eating right and getting plenty of activity, whatever that may mean for you, may seem like a lot of work, but the emotional and physical rewards FAR outweigh the turmoil of not doing so. On the days when I am lacking and sluggish are the days I let unhealthy eating and lack of exercise reign. Get out there and move your body and skip the junk food at the grocery store. If it’s not available in your cupboards, you can’t eat it! You are worth it, so skip all the excuses and “Just Do It!”
