Since becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2003, I have worked with many stages of the human life cycle, both within the community and clinical setting, and many years within the food and hospitality industry.
I created this website to share my love for all things food and nutrition and to help others filter through the endless nutrition information so they can be their healthiest. I place a huge emphasis on eating a colorful, whole foods diet as a primary method for disease prevention and wellness.
